At Land Connection, we pride ourselves on providing a complete, personal and confidential approach. We work closely with landowners to ensure their needs and wishes are always considered and protected.
With the right planning approach, landowners are financially rewarded within a relatively short timescale at no cost or risk to themselves. In most cases, this includes a sizeable up-front payment in recognition of the trust you are placing in our development client.

There is no commitment from the landowner
If we contact you, it will follow a thorough review of your site's potential including the local planning context and a specific instruction by our relevant client. This is very different to the "scattergun" approach adopted by some companies.
In the first instance, we simply need to understand whether or not you are interested in exploring the possibility of selling your land for development. If you are, we will connect you with the housebuilder or developer through a confidential, introductory discussion.
The housebuilder will explain their interest in your land, and you can ask any questions you may have. If both parties are interested, then an offer will be made in writing for your land.
At this stage, there is no commitment from the landowner to proceed and you can change your mind at any time.
